In my 14 years in the ad industry I have learned a lot about creativity. I’ve learned from experience, from studying and from observing other creative people work and succeed. But the most important thing I learned about creativity is that it can help solve any kind of problem, not just ad briefs. I’ve started this website to share my learnings and rogue theories to help others be more creative – in advertising and beyond.
The ad industry comes up with amazingly creative solutions for clients on a regular basis. Every day an immeasurable number of new ideas are generated, making it the most creative industry in the world. But it’s not perfect.
Looking for other creative workflows outside my industry gave me even more insight into the underlying principles that will help anyone unleash their creative power.
